The pop socket is attached directly to your phone with a very strong 3M adhesive disc.

I received my agate grip today. It is stunning! It's a lot lighter than expected which is awesome as it's going on my e-reader. I will 100% purchase from here again.

I love love love the packaging! It’s beautifully wrapped!

The agate pop socket was safely packed with bubble wrap and a cute reusable sachet. It's almost twice as large as the ones I previously got from a different vendor, which depends on your personal preference. My phone is quite large, so this one helps keep it propped up much better without being so big I blocks the camera. The pop socket plastic itself feels much more sturdy than the ones I've received from other vendors. It ships from Europe so took a couple weeks to get here. Update: Frida very generously refunded my purchase after I dropped my phone and the agate piece came off the pop socket base that it was glued to. It appeared to be an issue with quantity of glue on the back of the agate, and Frida plans to put much more glue in the future. Usually when I drop these, the agate breaks/cracks so I'm impressed it didn't!

We always deliver everything beautifully packed and never add packing slips to packages (for environmental reasons), so you don't have to worry about that! My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

All items are individually wrapped in bubble wrap and we ship everything in protective boxes. If an item arrives damaged despite our packaging please contact me with a detailed photo so we can solve it (refund, send other item, etc.)

What should I do if my order doesn't arrive?

I'm responsible for your order to arrive safely at the destination address, however, delays caused by customs or local post companies in destination countries are not within my control. Please contact me so can I inform my shipping provider to find out what's going on! If your package doesn't arrive within 2 months I'll refund the whole order.
